These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the tazdan platform. By creating an account, you agree to these terms.
By registering, accessing, or using tazdan, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into binding contracts. tazdan may be unavailable in certain jurisdictions due to local regulations.
You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials, 2FA devices, and private keys. tazdan is not liable for losses resulting from compromised credentials.
Identity verification is mandatory for most features. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that fail due-diligence, request additional documents, or exhibit suspicious activity.
Applicable trading, withdrawal, and network fees are displayed on the /fees page and in-app prior to every transaction. Fees may change with notice.
No money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion, market manipulation, or unlawful use of the platform. Violations will lead to immediate termination and reporting to authorities.
Crypto-assets are volatile. Values can go to zero. You trade at your own risk. Past performance does not guarantee future results.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, tazdan is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to our place of incorporation, with reference to international commercial dispute resolution where applicable.
